During the closed beta, VIA is free for every participant, whatever the size of the estate. The grid below is the model planned for version 1.0: free up to 100 VMs, no license required; above that, five volume tiers, with the same features at every tier. Pricing to be disclosed at commercial launch.
One product, tiers by volume.
VM count is measured by VIA during the full scan of your vCenter, no sub-selection. No feature is reserved for a specific tier: tiers reflect the size of your fleet, not a product edition.
A lab or a very small deployment?
Up to 100 VMs per vCenter, VIA is free and license-free. Ideal for validating the product in your lab, friction-free, before deploying at scale. A production environment of 100 VMs or fewer is covered by the free tier, no license required. For a lab larger than 100 VMs, contact us for a validation license.
